EP!C has two apartment complexes

Each serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, enabling them to experience independent living while maintaining access to the support they need. Tenants living in EP!C apartments that receive the proper funding have the option to receive support to increase or maintain their level of independence.

Each apartment

has one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living area, and a studio kitchen with a dining area. You also have access to a community room for socializing with family, friends, or other tenants as well as onsite laundry and storage space.

All participants receiving waiver services who would like to participate in EP!C’s community living programs must contact their local ISSA for placement and funding. To find who you should contact visit the IDHS website for more https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?

For more information about our residential options, please contact Stephany Buhs, Senior Director of Residential Services at sbuhs@epicci.org or (309) 689-3616

EP!C Experiences

Tom, my brother, has been provided services by EP!C for well over 65 years and he loves coming here. My responsibility is to keep this organization going, so people like Tom, have everything that they need in order to be productive individuals in the community and this place does that. Come and visit, get a tour, and you'll see how special this place is. If you haven't been involved, get involved.
