Barbara Smiley Society
In 1950, a founding group of parents established a school providing programs for children who weren’t able to attend traditional classes at that time. Group Founder and Visionary, Barbara Smiley, was appointed the first Executive Director.
We invite you to follow Barbara’s vision of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities leading full and meaningful lives, contributing to our community, and impacting others.

All members of the Barbara Smiley Society will be invited to an annual celebration event, quarterly “Breakfast with the CEO”, and will be recognized on the history wall at EP!C.
