EP!C offers a wide variety of services for adults with cognitive differences throughout 15 counties in Illinois.
What EP!C program is right for you? Maybe your needs are temporary or maybe your needs are covered by several programs. Our admissions team will help guide your through our array of services along with helping you through the admissions process.
Community Day Services (CDS)
Programs that ensure each participant enjoys a productive, enjoyable day while building skills to enrich their lives. This is done through a variety of options including life skills education, vocational/work skills training, community engagement, and more!
Job Placement
Helps people reach their employment goals by matching individuals to local businesses and organizations to meet their employment needs, providing the community with a dedicated workforce.
Host Homes
Assists people with intellectuals and developmental disabilities in finding a home designed to encourage independence in the least restrictive environment. We match adults of all ages to host families in the communities of their choice.
Group Homes
Allows for the same level of comfort, flexibility, and fun that living at home can afford but with 24-hour support to maximize each person’s level of independence. Residents are able to be active, socialize with their housemates, and take pride in their home.
Supported Living
Individuals seeking the most independent living arrangement may receive I-CILA support through EP!C. This support provides up to 15 hours a week in the individual’s own home or EP!C’s apartment complexes.
