Held Annually in March
For 15 years, this signature fundraiser has become a premier event on Peoria’s social calendar, with proceeds benefiting the many services EP!C provides to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
Each year, a celebrity chef creates culinary magic for our guests with a once in a lifetime 4-5 course meal. The theme of the event changes to match the personality of the Chef.

Tickets on Sale: January 2026
Location: Par-A-Dice Hotel (not the casino)
Doors open at 5:30 pm for cocktail hour
Event begins at 6:30 pm
Event ends around 9:00 pm
The event includes cooking demos, a raffle, silent auction, live auction, donation ask, program, & book signing/meet & greet.
Typical attire for the event ranges from nicer business to cocktail attire.
