For the month of August, our EP!Casso artists will be on display in a new exhibit at the Peoria Public Library – Lakeview Branch

About This Gallery

EP!Casso Art Studio receives grant funding from the Fritz and Doris S. Reuling Charitable Fund at the Community Foundation of Central Illinois to support this on-going initiative. The EP!Casso artists of this gallery explored art techniques using the common, as well as several uncommon art tools, mediums and techniques to create art pieces. The artists used acrylic paints, watercolor paints, glass (sheets, stringers, dots, frit, millefiori), ceramic bisque, crystal gems glazes, gloss glazes, brushes, cardboard, Q-Tips, toothbrushes, sponges, paper, toothpicks, lids, tiles, chalk, and squeegees as they explored techniques to create the artwork for this gallery.

The EP!Casso artists invite you to also explore the art techniques as we answer the question, “How did they do that?”. The artists of “Exploring Art Techniques” hope that you enjoy the art exhibit. Additional artwork is exhibited and sold in the EP!Casso Art Studio and Gallery at EP!C as well as the retail location at the Shoppes At Grand Prairie.
