For 35 years, EP!C (Empowering People. Inspiring Capabilities) has been a leader in providing natural living options for people with disabilities through our Host Homes program, and we are excited to share more about the opportunities available to you to empower people and inspire capabilities. 

EP!C is working to recruit Host Homes Providers that will make a difference in someone’s life through opening their heart and home to someone with a disability. Providers come from a wide range of backgrounds- ranging from teachers, nurses, CNAs, bus drivers, DSP’s from other agencies, and retirees. Whatever your current employment situation, you can continue working while earning a supplemental stream of income.

Being a Host Homes Provider offers job security, referral bonuses, 20 hours of monthly relief, 14 paid vacation days per year, and 24-hour support. The best part? EP!C provides all of the training and resources you will need to become a confident and successful Provider, and you can get started from the comfort of your own home!
