EP!C has two apartment complexes that serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, enabling them to experience independent living while maintaining access to the support they need. Tenants living in EP!C apartments that receive the proper funding have the option to receive support to increase or maintain their level of independence.
Each apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living area, and a studio kitchen with a dining area. You also have access to a community room for socializing with family, friends, or other tenants as well as onsite laundry and storage space.
