EP!C Supports People

with a wide range of abilities and interests in multiple group homes with four to eight residents each located in Peoria and Tazewell counties. Living in an EP!C group home allows for the same level of comfort, flexibility, and fun that living on your own can afford. Bedrooms reflect taste and personality and are filled with the things participants love and treasure. You will share common areas like the kitchen and family room with your housemates. In this setting, you have opportunities to be active in the community through planned outings and events. Residents are able to be active, socialize with their housemates, and take pride in their home.

EP!C Group Homes Offer:

  • 24-hour support to maximize each person’s level of independence
  • An individually-assigned Qualified intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) with a focus on coordinating services and supports for each person served
  • Opportunities for community engagement (grocery shopping, banking, attending sporting events, dining out, and many other activities in the community)
  • Overhead track system at seven sites to provide safe lifting and transfer
  • Staffing patterns that ensure the needs of the residents are met

All EP!C group homes are licensed and monitored by the Illinois Department of Human Services or the Illinois Department of Public Health.

EP!C Experiences

Tom, my brother, has been provided services by EP!C for well over 65 years and he loves coming here. My responsibility is to keep this organization going, so people like Tom, have everything that they need in order to be productive individuals in the community and this place does that. Come and visit, get a tour, and you'll see how special this place is. If you haven't been involved, get involved.
