EP!C Health Care

What We Provide

EP!C provides an array of Health Care supports for people with cognitive differences. From a Behavioral Health Clinic providing outpatient mental health treatment services, and in-house Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, to setting at attending appointments by our Health Service DSPs, our comprehensive approach collaborates with individual support networks.

Behavioral Health

Social Determinants of Health

Conditions, environments, and settings that influence health and overall quality of life are referred to as social determinants of health. Using Personal Outcome Measures, EP!C individuals scored over 25% higher than national benchmarks in the social determinants of health index.

Our Health Care Support

We collaborate with Apostolic Christian LifePoints and the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria to provide a disability-focused elective for medical students. This elective helps them become a more well-rounded practitioner.
13 medical professionals have selected to participate in learning more about how to support EP!C.
Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDP) and Program Coordinators (PC) are the dream makers of EP!C providing more than 6,000 hours of direct support to 170 people.
